Where will I meet my driver?
Your confirmation states the pickup point. At airports, the driver normally meets you in the arrivals area with your name.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when booking so we can track the scheduled arrival and coordinate pickup accordingly.
Is the price per person?
No — the price shown is fixed for the whole vehicle, for the passenger and luggage capacity selected.
Are child seats available?
Yes — add the number of child seats you need when searching; the price updates automatically.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Use My Bookings with your reference and email, then send a change or cancellation request.
